What this website does

This website does not use an account system, website database, advertising tracker or analytics service. The interactive Leadership Bottleneck Scorecard calculates your result inside your browser. Your answers are not sent to me or stored by the website.

Leadership resource emails

If you choose to request the Leadership Bottleneck Action Plan and follow-up email series, the embedded form collects your first name, email address and consent. MailerLite processes this information on my behalf so it can deliver the requested resource, confirm your subscription and send four practical follow-up emails over the next 11 days. The form uses double opt-in, so the sequence only begins after you confirm your email address.

MailerLite may also process subscription status, confirmation and unsubscribe records, delivery information, your IP address and device or browser information. Open tracking is enabled for these emails, which means MailerLite may record whether a message was opened. I use this information to operate and improve the resource series. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email.

The MailerLite form and its supporting script are loaded from MailerLite when you visit the Free Resources page. This may send technical connection information to MailerLite even if you do not submit the form. You can access the Action Plan directly without joining the email series.

Booking

Links for the Leadership Fit Call and Corporate Needs Conversation open Calendly. If you book, Calendly processes the details you enter and the technical information needed to schedule the meeting. The booking may also create a calendar invitation and a Google Meet link. Please only provide information that is necessary for the conversation.

Contact form

The contact form prepares an email in your own email application. You can review, edit or cancel that email before sending. If you send it, I receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond to your enquiry, assess whether my services fit your request and, where relevant, prepare a proposal or deliver an agreed service.

Email information

Business enquiries are handled through Gmail. Email providers may process message content and technical information under their own terms and privacy policies. Please do not send health records, employee files, passwords, payment-card details or other information that is not necessary for the enquiry.

Fonts and hosting

This design loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may contact Google to retrieve those files and may share technical information such as your IP address and browser details. When the site is placed on a hosting service or connected to a domain, that provider may also keep standard technical logs. This notice should be reviewed and updated when the final host and domain are chosen or if analytics, payments, cookies or other services are added.

How long I keep information

Email subscription information is kept while you remain subscribed and for any additional period reasonably needed to maintain consent, unsubscribe and compliance records. Enquiry and client communication is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose, professional record-keeping, contractual obligations or legal requirements.

Your choices and questions

You may unsubscribe from the resource series at any time. You may also ask what personal information I hold about you, request a correction or ask for deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for contractual, accounting, compliance or legal reasons.
