List the observable quality criteria. Include what matters most to the client, team or business.

Who owns the final result? Who contributes, advises or approves?
Decision rights
What can the owner decide alone? What must be discussed or approved first?
Deadline and checkpoints
When is the final result due? What must be visible at each checkpoint?
Raise a problem when...
Define the moment when silence becomes costly. Example: “Tell me within one working day if the deadline, client promise or agreed quality is at risk.”
Confirm understanding
Ask: “In your own words, what are you taking ownership of and when will you come back to me?”
