About me

I learned leadership where the work still had to move.

Before I became a coach, I learned what responsibility feels like inside businesses where clients are waiting, people need answers, deadlines are real and the quality of communication changes the whole day.

I do not teach leadership as a performance. I help you make it useful in the moments when you need to set an expectation, address a problem, delegate a decision or stay present in a conversation you would rather avoid.

The person behind the work

I know how easy it is to become the person who carries everything.

When you are competent and care deeply, people learn that you will remember, rescue, correct and stay late. At first that can feel like leadership. Eventually it becomes a bottleneck.

I have been close to the practical reality of business since growing up around my family's gelateria in Germany. I later worked inside dental clinic operations, where the patient experience depended on scheduling, staff support, calm communication and many moving parts working together.

In marketing and business development, I learned another side of growth: positioning, offers, funnels, acquisition, retention and the discipline required to turn an idea into a result. Working at Scrivenda and Metodo Merenda placed me inside campaigns, project work and training events for entrepreneurs.

Across those environments, the same human patterns kept appearing. People cannot meet expectations they do not understand. Silence does not resolve underperformance. And a team cannot become independent when every decision still belongs to one person.

Early business experience

Family hospitality business in Germany

I grew up seeing how service, reputation, customer relationships and daily operations meet in a family-run business.

Healthcare operations

DentalPro

I worked across patient reception, weekly schedules, monthly staff shifts, staff support and marketing activity. My signed reference describes initiative, independence, reliability and strong working relationships.

Marketing and business growth

Scrivenda & Metodo Merenda

Over 15 months, I worked on copy, campaigns, funnels, lead generation, conversion and complex projects, while also supporting business education events.

Coaching and training

Private and organisational work

I now combine practical business experience with my existing coaching and facilitator training to support founders, managers and teams.

How I work

Direct enough to be useful. Human enough to be honest.

You can bring the polished version of the problem, but you do not have to. Often the real issue appears in the sentence you nearly leave out.

01

I listen for the repeat pattern.

Not only what happened once, but what keeps happening and what happens immediately before it.

02

I make the problem specific.

We replace “communication needs work” with the precise conversation, expectation or decision that is missing.

03

We work with real moments.

Your next meeting, feedback conversation or handover becomes the material, not a hypothetical case.

04

We look for evidence.

Progress should become visible in behaviour, ownership, timing and the amount of work that returns to you.

Inside business education

I have learned in the room, supported the room and worked behind the campaigns.

These photographs document my participation and staff support at entrepreneur and sales training events connected with Metodo Merenda.

What I believe

A strong leader is not the person who carries the most.

It is the person who makes responsibility clearer, truth safer to speak and good decisions easier to make.

That does not mean becoming cold or controlling. It means caring enough to say what needs to be said, giving people a real chance to succeed and allowing capable adults to own their work.

My promise to the work

I will not pretend certainty where it does not exist.

I will ask direct questions, respect the complexity of your environment and stay within the limits of my professional scope. If your situation needs therapy, legal advice, formal HR intervention or another specialist, I will tell you.

Your next step

You do not need to decide on a programme today.

Start with the scorecard if the problem still feels broad. Choose the audit if you can already name the recurring situation and want a focused plan.
